Common Myths
1.) Many believe that a log home is more susceptible to insect infestation.
On the contrary, a log home is no more vulnerable to insects than a conventional home. Only with a log home, insects are much easier to detect.
2.) Many believe that a log home is more of a fire hazard than a conventional home. This also is not the case, in fact, burnt logs can easily be replaced or sandblasted to restore the original look.
